By registering for courses with SMARTECH Acadmey School, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
To enroll in driving lessons, you must hold a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license in accordance with Ontario provincial regulations.
You authorize SMARTECH Acadmey School to share your enrollment details with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO), the Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC), and any authorized auditing bodies. You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.
All lesson and course package fees are listed online. Full payment must be completed before services are provided. Scheduled lessons are subject to the Cancellation Policy outlined below.
Same-day cancellations are not permitted.
To avoid cancellation fees, lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be charged the full lesson fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson or arriving late without prior notice will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged accordingly.
Lessons may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Without sufficient notice, cancellation fees will apply.
Once a lesson has taken place or is cancelled within the policy window, refunds are not available. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of SMARTECH Acadmey School.
SMARTECH Acadmey School, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for delays, accidents, or damages beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, traffic conditions, or technical failures.
Students must:
Arrive on time and present a valid permit or license.
Wear appropriate footwear and follow instructor guidance.
Behave respectfully and comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts. SMARTECH Acadmey School reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
